Kymì was born in January 2026 from our passion for food as a tool for well-being, sharing, and culture.

The project is shaped around a simple idea: to offer healthy, tasty, and contemporary cuisine, showcasing quality ingredients through natural and innovative techniques. Among these, fermentation is our hallmark, a practice that enriches dishes with authentic flavors, vitality, and character.
Our offering is founded on values of inclusivity and food awareness, as we believe that food should be accessible, nutritious, and capable of generating a positive experience, without sacrificing the pleasure of eating.

That's why we create dishes that combine research, simplicity, and attention to raw materials, with an approach focused on quality and respect for the supply chain.

To enrich our food and wine offerings with original experiences that are consistent with the values of sustainability and authenticity, guided by the guiding principle of fermentation, we are available for tastings, events, and collaborations of various types, from small groups and specific customizations to around a hundred people.
