67 The Valpolicella Wine Route invests in tourism promotion
THANKS TO THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce's support, the Valpolicella Wine Route has been able to implement a comprehensive program of activities aimed at promoting the region, enhancing local businesses, and enhancing the tourist experience, with a particular focus on sustainability and digital innovation.
The intervention was born from the desire to make Valpolicella increasingly usable and attractive for Italian and foreign visitors, offering updated tools for discovering the area and its landscape, cultural and food and wine excellences.
The actions carried out
Update and reprint of the tourist guide and map of the Valpolicella Wine Route
The official tourist guide of the Valpolicella Wine Route has been updated and reprinted, available in Italian and English, together with the map of the area. Among the innovations introduced is the inclusion of charging points for electric cars and electric bicycles, a service designed to encourage forms of sustainable mobility and facilitate visitor travel.
Creation of an extensive photographic reportage of the area
To enhance the sustainable use of Valpolicella and describe its many tourist experiences, a professional photographic reportage consisting of approximately 250 images was created. The shots, taken both from the ground and through the use of drones, document landscapes, routes, vineyards, villages, outdoor activities and symbolic places of the Valpolicella Wine Route.
Production of six thematic videos dedicated to the excellence of Valpolicella
Six promotional videos lasting a maximum of two minutes were created, with aerial and ground shots, dedicated to some of the most representative elements of the territory:

Valpolicellae 2025 event
The videos were designed to be used on tourist portals and on the YouTube channel of the Valpolicella Wine Route, helping to tell the traditions and experiences of the area in an engaging way.
Creation of teaser videos for digital promotion
To support online communication, three teaser videos of approximately 30 seconds were also produced, designed for distribution on social media and for digital promotional campaigns. The contents allow us to intercept new audiences and increase the visibility of local initiatives.
Creation of multilingual editorial content
The online presence was strengthened through the publication of new multilingual thematic articles on the tourist portals dedicated to the destination. The contents delve into itineraries, experiences, typical products and attractions of Valpolicella, encouraging the international promotion of the area and improving positioning on search engines.
Development of a web marketing strategy
A digital marketing plan has been developed aimed at increasing the awareness of Valpolicella as a tourist destination. The activity involved the analysis of communication tools, the definition of online promotion strategies and the planning of targeted actions to reach new visitors and markets.
Strengthening communication on social media
As part of the digital strategy, constant content production and planning activities have been developed for the Facebook and Instagram channels of the Valpolicella Wine Route. The objective was to increase user engagement, describe the area through quality images and videos and consolidate the presence of the destination in the national and international tourism panorama.
Printing of thematic brochures dedicated to experiential tourism
The tourist brochures dedicated to three important ways of discovering the area have also been reprinted:

Walking excursions
These materials allow visitors to learn about routes, experiences and visit opportunities linked to slow and sustainable tourism, increasingly requested by the contemporary tourism market.
The activities carried out thanks to the contribution of the Chamber of Commerce have generated an important benefit for the entire local tourism system. The greater availability of information materials, digital content and promotional tools contributes to making Valpolicella more accessible, better known and more competitive on the tourist markets.
